2009

Founded in Singapore

On May 28, we started out in Singapore by opening Pacific Tech Singapore.

2010

Won First Growth Award

We received our first growth award when we won the Fortinet Fastest Growing Partner.

2011

Expanded to Malaysia

We expanded to Malaysia on September 20 by opening Pacific InTech Malaysia. We also won Fortinet Distributor of the Year.

2012

Recognized for Service

We were recognized for our service. We won both Fortinet Top Distributor and Fortinet Service Excellence Distributor.

2013

Maintained Top Performance

We showed consistent performance and won Fortinet Distributor of the Year.

2014

Grew Vendor Partnerships

We grew our vendor partnerships. We won Fortinet Value Added Distributor of the Year, Sophos Distributor of the Year, and Fortinet MSSP Partner of the Year.

2015

Launched MSP Services

On January 26, we launched our MSP business by starting Pactech MSP Singapore. We also won Fortinet FortiMastermind Champion, Sophos Distributor of the Year, and Fortinet Top Distributor.

2016

Entered Thailand

We moved into Thailand on May 13 and opened Pacific Tech Thailand. That same year, we won Sophos Distributor of the Year, Fortinet Top Distributor, and the Singapore Enterprise Medal of Honour.

2017

Secured Back-to-Back Wins

We secured back-to-back wins, earning Fortinet Distributor of the Year and Fortinet Outstanding Distributor of the Year.

2018

Expanded Brand Awards

We expanded our brand awards by winning Sophos Distributor of the Year, Fortinet Distributor of the Year, and Radware Top Distributor.

2019

Added New Champions

We added new champions to our list when we won Radware Distributor of the Year, Kemp Partner Champion of the Year, Fortinet Distributor of the Year, and Extreme Top Distributor.

2020

Achieved Revenue Growth

We saw major revenue and tech growth. We won Fortinet Distributor of the Year, Cloudflare Technology Partner of the Year, and Fortinet Highest Revenue Growth DLB Distributor.

2021

Joined Techno Horizon Group

We became part of the Techno Horizon Group in May. We also won Fortinet Top High Growth Small Business Distribution Malaysia and Fortinet Top Performing Distributor Singapore.

2022

Expanded to Indonesia

We expanded to Indonesia in September by opening Pacific Tech Indonesia. We won Fortinet Top Performing Distributor Malaysia, Fortinet Distributor of the Year Singapore, and the Fortinet award for Southeast Asia & Hong Kong.

2023

Won Regional Awards

We won Top Distributor of the Year from Fortinet and the Asia Pacific Super Star Award from Progress in Bali.

2024

Earned Top Partner Status

We won Distributor Partner of the Year from Fortinet. We also earned the Cloudflare Channel Incentive Program 2024 for Asia Pacific & Japan, ranking as a Top 2 Distributor with the Highest Total ACV.

2025

Swept APAC Awards

We won Top Distributor of the Year from Fortinet in Singapore and the Asia Pacific Super Star Award from Progress in Vietnam. We also earned the APAC Technical Excellence Award from NinjaOne and the APAC Grand Prix Award of the Year at the KeySight APAC Partner Summit.
